Eat for Performance | 3 Workouts in One Day” BY Fully Torqued Fitness
The last several Fridays I have had to squeeze in multiple workouts in! It has been very fun yet challenging since I am expending tremendous amounts of energy in a matter of several hours. The fun part is that I'm learning new skills to apply all the strength I have built in the gym. I'm learning to properly swim with technique and joined a local outrigger club.
