As I am sure you already know, the results you wish to see are 85% nutrition related. Nutrition is the single biggest aspect to improving your well being, increasing your health and having the body you desire on top of everything else. Without proper nutritional structure and guidance there is no way you will ever outwork a sloppy, inconsistent diet. This program will teach you how to master the basics of nutritional eating and teach you how to repeat them until you can do it consistently. Based off of previous experience the majority of the clients that work with me, feel lost, want structure, guidance and accountability. They want someone to bounce ideas off and want to know the “what” and “why” behind things. This is structured and tailored for YOU and YOUR lifestyle which makes having a coach ideal. The program offers the same basic principles for everyone, but each individual will have a different strength and weakness which is where the coaching comes into play. What works for someone, may not work for others which is why you SHOULDN’T purchase a one time meal plan from “fitness gurus” who model or compete. What works for them may not work for you, they also don’t tell you how much they sacrifice to look the way they do because if they did, no one would want to do it.

This isn’t just another nutrition program that focuses on eating healthy; this is YOUR road map to help you reach your goals and maintain them once and for all! Through an individualized habit based coaching system, you will be making positive changes and creating new habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle at a pace that is comfortable for YOU. With the help of your nutrition coach, you will learn how to listen to your body, fuel it properly, and become more intuitive so you can understand the decisions you make regarding your food choices and why. With a focus on learning your psychological and emotional triggers, you will be able to form new, healthy habits within your comfort zone and at your own pace. You will also learn strategies and techniques to maximize your performance and make the changes you have been wanting.

Weekly check-ins and data tracking help ensure accountability and that your progress is continuously moving in the right direction. Ultimately Fully Torqued Fitness helps you make important changes to your eating habits, and lifestyle choices, so you can finally improve your health and get the body you want. With personalized help from your certified coach, you’ll overcome challenges that have stopped you for years and get in the best shape of your life,  for the rest of your life. Learning and applying new habits takes time, effort and patience. This transformation process isn’t just physical, it mental. Having the right attitude and mentality will take you to great lengths and ensure high levels of success which is why this program is so unique. With that being said, the program is structured around your comfort zone and is designed for YOU to set your own pace. With that being said, this program length is 12 months. This gives you plenty of time to learn new habits, apply strategies and techniques, and ensure progress remains slow and steady.

This program is not about how much you can lose in a given amount of time. It is about making sure you have learned every tool necessary to continue on your path once you have reached your own goal. I want you to be able to take your training wheels off and hit the ground running once you have reached the end of our journey together. I am confident you will also inspire and motivate others along your journey, so when they ask you questions, you will be able to give answers to them. Progress


Initial progress is easy. But most people plateau after about 2 weeks, your progress will be continuous and minimize any plateaus along your journey. The strategies you learn will be able to be able to be applied for the rest of your life, making this a lifestyle change, not a diet.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you sign up I will send you a few forms to fill out so that I may gather personal data and have general information about lifestyle, goals, activity levels, and overall habits. Once I compile a profile for you and have an idea of what obstacles you have, we will put our heads together and figure out what action steps need to be taken. We will agree on the action step and that will be the only thing you need to worry about until it becomes, second nature. Once we have that down, then we advance and move on. As the body changes, there are tweaks that also need to be made, your journey is dynamic. With peaks and valleys, set backs and things out of our control, the coaching I supply you with will also be dynamic.

Most individuals who set out on their own journey stick to one tactic or strategy and hit a wall. This is because they do not know how to advance beyond initial progress. Having a coach accounts for the pit falls and set backs that you will experience, if you blow a meal, a day, or even a weekend, don’t worry, you are one meal away from being back on track. There are also body hacks to catch back up to where you were, before any mishaps may have happened. Having a guide on your journey is invaluable, you will have your own unique path illuminated for you until you reach your goals.
